Shipping policy

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available on all orders from our docks at 1 Athletes Way. Please ensure you have received your "ready for pickup" email notice before coming to pick up your item. Pickup is available from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM daily. 

Due to COVID-19, please email us to book a pickup time at info@dragonboatbc.ca to ensure our staff are ready to assist you.

Shipping

Shipping is generally through Canada Post. For small items, the shipping rate is adjusted accordingly as the item may be shipped through lettermail. Tracking numbers will be emailed out for parcels.

Free shipping is available automatically for orders over $150 within Canada.
